This policy explains which personal data we collect on this website, why we collect it and what rights you have. It follows the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which applies in Norway through the EEA Agreement.

1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect and why

Free sample form. Name, brand, website, email and phone number. We use this data to contact you, prepare your free sample ad and talk about a possible collaboration. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract, at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Contact form. Name, email and your message. We use this data to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), or Art. 6(1)(b) if your message is about a project.

Server logs. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and time of access. This is needed to deliver the website securely. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a secure and working website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling, and we do not sell it.

3. Who processes your data

The website and both forms are hosted by Netlify, Inc., USA, which acts as our data processor under a data processing agreement. Data may be transferred to the USA. Such transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or by the EU standard contractual clauses. confirm hosting provider before launch

If you contact us by email, your message is handled by our email provider.

4. How long we keep your data

Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted after 12 months at the latest. If we work together, we keep the data for as long as the collaboration lasts, and invoices and accounting records for as long as Norwegian bookkeeping law requires. Server logs are kept only for a short period by the hosting provider.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking, analytics or marketing cookies. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to font providers such as Google. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• get access to the personal data we hold about you
• have incorrect data corrected
• have your data deleted
• restrict how we use your data
• receive your data in a portable format
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest

You also have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.no.

We update this policy when our website or the law changes. The current version is always available on this page.
